<div>We are seeking a Channel &amp; Account Partner to oversee and manage the relationships with our partners, vendors and top customers to ensure the satisfaction of all the parties involved. </div><div><br></div><div>He/She will be responsible for developing new partnerships and managing existing ones; including identifying potential partners, negotiating terms of agreement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards; in alignment with the entire range of our company products and services.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>What you will do; </strong></div><ul><li>Develop and execute business plans to increase our market share, grow revenue, and achieve other assigned objectives within a defined territory or channel </li><li>Achieve quarterly and annual retention targets and by managing and developing a network of resellers, system integrators, and distributors </li><li>Manage all expectations and deliverables of existing and new channel partners and work with them to create customised programs that addresses their needs and expectations </li><li>Monitor channel partner performance against agreed-upon metrics and take corrective action(s) when necessary </li><li>Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive threats, and new technologies that could impact the channel </li><li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure that channel partners have the resources they need to be successful </li><li>Generate demand for company products and services through effective lead generation and management</li><li>Negotiate contracts with channel partners and manage ongoing contract compliance </li><li>Maintain accurate records of all partner activities and prepare regular reports for upper management on channel partner performance, pipeline activity, and forecast </li></ul><div> <br><strong>Requirements </strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. An MBA or other advanced degree will be a plus </li><li>3-5 years of work experience in Business development or Business partnership</li><li>Proven track record of achieving/exceeding quotas </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Highly organised with excellent time management skills </li></ul>
