Sword partner with private and public sector organisations across Finance, Manufacturing, Media, Energy and Government who count on the Sword team to deliver innovative Information Technology and Information Management solutions and services.
In this post, you’ll leverage your project management experience to deliver significant transformational projects for our customers. These projects will demand experience of IT project oversight, change and risk management and extensive stakeholder engagement. We deliver software, IT infrastructure and broader business process solutions and as such you’ll need to be able to demonstrate credibility in this space.
Requirements
- Digital transformation, you will have experience with Azure and 365
- Delivery of multiple projects
- Working on-site for Sword customers as and when required to attend meetings, project kick offs and closure meetings.
- Assisting technical delivery of projects where appropriate, including validating solutions and technical documentation and preparing work packs, change procedures, project run books etc.
- Project reporting both internal and external
- Transition and onboarding of customers into our managed services division
- Planning and managing service changes and service go-lives
- Conducting regular reviews during project and service transition with customers and key stakeholders / senior management
- Ensure any required operating procedures are in place during transition and provide governance around processes and operating procedures
- Plan and manage resources required for service transition and control budgets
- Ensure any operating processes are robust and communicated to customers and the internal operational team
- Continual service improvements on the services being provided
- You'll be an experienced and suitably qualified Project Manager, utilising Agile methodologies to deliver development projects and consultative engagements
- You'll work alongside a highly experienced technical delivery team.
- You'll support clients and colleagues alike through the delivery of complex and technically challenging transformation programmes with a primary focus on networking solutions and systems integration.
- You'll be given the opportunity to work on projects that will allow you to keep your skillset at the forefront of developments in both technology and PM methodology.
